Cookie policy

A cookie is a small piece of information that is placed on your computer when you visit certain websites, which allows a service to persist certain information relating to an individual user from one page view to another.

We use our own cookies to:

  • Keep track of your “user session” via an ID token – this lets us work out if you’re logged in, and which user you are logged in as
  • Keep track of whether you have dismissed the prompt relating to cookie usage

We use third party cookies to:

  • Keep track of your usage of the site via Google Analytics, which helps us to analyse longer term user behaviour. We use this aggregated information to assess and improve the functionality of the site, the overall usage of the site over time, and to make technical business decisions, such as whether to continue to support certain browser versions.

For more information about what cookies are, how they work, and how to disable or control them, we recommend looking at the Information Commissioner’s Office page on cookies.
